Open, rural and elevated sites take more wind, and mature trees drop a heavy debris load. Fixing densities need to reflect the exposure, and outlets need clearing more often than an urban roof, which is why we recommend planned maintenance on properties like these.

Where a roof is trafficked as a terrace, the wearing surface, threshold heights and drainage are specified together rather than bolted on afterwards.
